I studied Computer Science Engineering in the Facultat d'Informàtica de Barcelona (FIB) in Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and I got the Computer Science Engineer degree in 2004.

After that, I studied two more postgraduate degrees, Information Systems Management (2008) and Advanced Project Management (2009) at the Fundació Politècnica de Catalunya.

Since 2001 I've been working in a variety of fields such as computer vision, document management, real-time fleet control systems. In research, I worked in multimedia retrieval, display advertising, information retrieval, applied machine learning and information extraction. I've worked as a computer programmer, software engineer, technical lead, project architect/analyst and research engineer.

Currently, I am working at Google as a software engineer and tech lead at Mountain View, CA.
